Failed renders

If a video fails to render, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. No action is needed.

Unused credits

You can request a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@trendtemplate.com with your order ID.

Quality issues

If a finished video is clearly broken (for example corrupted or missing the face), contact us with the video ID and we will restore the credits after review.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
