How to make the Smalltown Boy AI cat dance
Last updated:
You need one clear cat photo, or two for a full recast. The red fence, the scream-and-dance routine and the song are already in the template; there is nothing to edit.
1. Choose cat A, then optionally cat B
Cat A is the ginger role: it clutches its head and screams first, then moves behind to dance. Use one front-facing photo with the face, ears and chest visible.
Cat B is optional. Add a second photo to replace the black-and-white cat, who dances first and then screams. With only photo A, B stays as in the trend clip. One cat per photo works best.
2. Generate the 14-second duet
Upload the photos in the order you want the roles, confirm you can use them and press Generate. The full clip costs 14 credits.
The AI keeps your cats' faces and fur while following the original screams, paw movements, dancing and swap. The red fence, camera cuts and Smalltown Boy sound stay in place. Our first test took about five minutes.
3. Download and post it as AI
Download the vertical MP4 when it is ready. The original sound is already included, so there is no CapCut template or audio syncing to manage.
Watch the whole clip before posting to check both faces and the swap. Label it as AI-generated on TikTok, Reels or Shorts. If generation fails, the 14 credits return automatically.
How much does a Smalltown Boy AI video cost?
A 14-second Smalltown Boy AI video costs 14 credits. The cheapest way to make one is the Single pack: $9.99 for 15 credits.
No subscription. Credits never expire, and a failed render gives your credits back automatically.
Questions, answered
Can I make the Smalltown Boy cat video with one photo?
Yes. One photo replaces the ginger cat. The black-and-white cat remains from the original clip unless you add a second photo.
Can I reverse who screams first?
Yes. Swap the two photos: A always screams first and B always dances first.
